Guatemala Trip

I'll be in Guatemala from June 25th - July 3rd on a mission trip with Caroline's Promise.  I cannot wait to see the ways that God is going to use our team to be His hands and feet among his children in Guatemala!  If you'd like updates about the trip, visit the Caroline's Promise blog: www.carolinespromise.blogspot.com

Please pray for our team: for health, good weather, safety and, most of all, that God is glorified in everything we do.  Also, please pray for our families who are back at home.  I know that my husband, kids and mother would definitely appreciate your prayers.

Thanks!

Life and Faith Tour

Imagine rockin' out at a concert with some of your favorite Christian music artists, like: Mercy Me, Diamond Rio, Aaron Shust, David Crowder Band, Natalie Grant, Israel Houghton, Point of Grace and Meredith Andrews. Now, imagine also meeting some top-selling authors at this event, including Karen Kingsbury.

Don't stop there though, now picture yourself laughing along with a line-up of hysterical Christian comedians including Jeff Allen! "But, what about the kids?" your imagination asks. Not to worry, this colossal event also has a huge kid's area with inflatable rides, play areas and entertainment from the Veggie Tales!

This event is not just a figment of your imagination....it is the REAL DEAL and it's coming to North Carolina this summer And, you can help your favorite local charity by attending this awesome day of fun for the family. Here are the details:

A $450,000 Home for $100?

How cool is this?  A local builder is raffling off a $450,000 home and giving the profit to a local non-profit.  Here's a link for details:  http://www.rafflethishouse.info/
