North Carolina Immunization Law requires that all children entering 6th grade must have a tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis vaccine (Tdap). Your child will be suspended from school on Monday, September 26, 2011 if proof of this is not provided.

WHAT:
FREE Tdap Vaccination Clinics for children with Medicaid, NC Health Choice or no insurance
NOTE: Children who are fully insured should receive the Tdap at their private provider’s office or may receive it at the health department for a fee of $62 (cash or check).
