NC Chicken Stew!

Paula’s homemade Chicken Stew (simply Southern style)

3 to 4 Cooked chicken breasts
½ gallon…Chicken broth
½ gallon…Milk (Half broth / half milk)
Up to 4 Chicken bullion cubes
½ stick…Butter
½ Teaspoon…Salt
½ Teaspoon…Pepper
Mix ingredients in large pot.
Bring to gentle boil for 20 to 30 minutes.
(**Add 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour to make thicker)

Serve with your favorite style cracker (or hot, fresh corn bread), Dill or Bread n Butter pickles and sweet tea. Eat and Enjoy…
