Here are some steps to take to get ready for spring/summer swimsuit season:
-Buy a pair of good shoes!
-Set a realistic goal based on your current fitness level (ie-lose 5 lbs, run a mile, etc)
-Spend some time getting fit before you start a hard-core running routine
-Develop a plan and start sloooowly
-Get your nutrition plan in line (you can't out-train bad nutrition)
-Focus on slow and steady when you do your strength training instead of trying to do lots and lots of reps
